Return Policy

At Phaltronwrhloxis, we want you to be completely satisfied with your indoor plant purchase. This Return Policy outlines our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Damaged or Defective Plants

If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

To report a damaged plant, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damaged plant
  • Description of the issue

Wrong Item Received

If you receive a different plant than what you ordered, contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct plant to be sent at no additional cost, and we will cover return shipping for the incorrect item.

Change of Mind Returns

Due to the perishable nature of plants, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution.

Return Process

To initiate a return for a damaged or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us at info@phaltronwrhloxis.world or +64220457157 within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and photos if applicable
  3. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization number
  4. Package the plant securely using the original packaging if possible
  5. Ship the item back using the provided return label

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned plant, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping Costs

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover all return shipping costs. For change of mind returns (if applicable), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Plant Health Guarantee

All plants are inspected before shipping to ensure they are healthy and in good condition. If your plant fails to thrive due to shipping stress or pre-existing conditions, contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Plants that have been damaged due to improper care after delivery
  • Custom or special order plants (unless damaged on arrival)
  • Plants that have been repotted or significantly altered
